• Job Description

  Under the overall supervision of the General Manager for Sales, the Sales Staff is responsible for managing prospective client inquiries and concerns, providing support to Sales Department and performing various clerical duties.
  
  <Duties and Responsibilities>
  • Serve as Customer Front Line specialist for MMRI Sales Staff in getting inquiry from direct call in the office.
  • Assist the Account Manager to provide quotation to the client based on the instruction of account manager.
  • Provide a complete copy of document to the Account Manager handling the project.
  • Handle the necessary documents required by MMRI and Client to proceed for the mobilization of the equipment.
  • Assist Sales Secretary to provide for the Billing Advise complete with attachment to be sent to finance department for proper billing.
  • From time to time assist in the collection of works done by MMRI Equipment to Client.
  • Handles the coordination between internal groups MMRI Operations and MMRI Finance project related.
  • Do other works as requested by Account Manager and Sales Manager.
