    Seeks and develops new sales prospects and additional sales from existing customers and coordinates with Head Office for negotiation and potential closing of sales.
    Assists Manager to develops plans and programs to be able to deliver agreed goals and objectives of the Department/Section. Reviews and recommends proposals for the improvement of sales and marketing facilities, processes and services.
    Leadership and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Graduate of any Business or Engineering Course
    - 5 years experienced in Manufacturing in Automotive Industry
    - Has good strategic knowledge in Sales & Marketing
    - Strong leadership skills
    - Good communication skills
    - Japanese Language proficiency is an Advantage but not required
    - Team player
