  • Job Description

    Assists the HR and Admin Manager in developing and administering human resource programs such as staffing, training, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.. Supervises HR and admin operations and activities, and ensures the efficient delivery of various HR services.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    （MUST）
    - With at least 3 years HR experience in a similar role
    - 　　　Good with Microsoft office
    - Must have solid background in recruitment and onboarding
    - Must have an experience of same industry

    （Better）
    - Preferably a graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science
    - Preferably with experience in HRIS
    - Very good communication skills
    - Proactive and results oriented
    - Willing to work in Paranaque area
