    To provide high level of customer assistance, focusing on Korean casino patrons, consistent with the set policies and procedures of the
    department;
    To interpret Korean to English language;
    To support superiors in accomplishing shift’s requirements in Rewards Membership, Casino Events and Promotions and VIP Services
    effectively and efficiently;
    To coordinate and cooperate with other internal departments

  • Requirement

    - Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Hospitality Management or related course;
    - With or without any work experience;
    - Familiar with MS Office applications;
    - Above average communication skills in speaking, reading and writing in English;
