  • Job Description

    • Enters personal data by inputting text based (Japanese Character) and numerical information from source documents within time limits
    • Maintains data entry requirements by applying company’s program techniques and procedures
    • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
    • Transcribe information/data into required format
    • Reviewing data for deficiencies, compiling and sorting information
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
    • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course certificate, Bachelor’s / College Degree, any field
    • Have at least JLPT N3 Certificate (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
    • Proven ability to enter data at the required speed (at least 45 word per minute)
    • Accurate keyboard skills and can enter Japanese characters
    • Have a strong attention to detail and able to prioritize and multitask
    • Willing to learn more Japanese characters or words that requires to the line of businesses
    • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
    • Can start ASAP
