    ■DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Customer Support Specialist will assist the Sales Officer in promoting and managing business of Murata with its customers.

    ■DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONS
    Prepares and issues quotations to be checked by the sales officer;
    a)Peace Application/PriceDraft / Quotation
    b)CCF Registration/ARS)
    c) Price Change
    d)GCM control & checking
    2.Receives and key-in purchase order from customers;
    a)PO Processing/Order Recovery/Cancellation
    3.Answers and tends to customer complaints of pricing, deliveries, quality and payment discrepancies;
    a)A/R control
    b)CCR Issuance(WW-QCS)
    4.Visits clients to ensure harmonious rapport and maintain the good business relationship with clients;
    5. Monitors inventory and materials, and delivery management to customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1.University or College graduate
    2.Good interpersonal skills.
    3.Minimum of 3 years experience in electronics industry, preferably Japanese company
    4.Experience in purchasing or customer service
    5.Computer literate (specifically microsoft excel)
    6.) With ability to work independently as well as with team members.
