  Mainly candidate handle the maintenance in field ofand Pipngg and Aircon (for power plant), Also install Genset
  Who can handle new building construction for piping and aircon. especially water pipe, and also can manager cost management.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Managing requested projects and equipment installations, including project resources, schedules and budgets
  • Providing technical support to the Facilities organization as a system expert over time
  • Coordination of engineering and design activities with other project disciplines.
  • Perform regular check up on all HVAC units and provides necessary feedback
  • Conducts troubleshooting and repair of malfunctioned HVAC equipment
  • Prepares necessary request for the spares and consumables
  
  
  Expectations and Performance Metrics
  • On time operation and monitoring of all HVAC equipment
  • Close monitoring of RH and temperature on all process areas
  • Temperature and RH are properly documented and field
  • Preventive maintenance activities are properly done on time and documented
  • Regular feedback were given to the supervisor
  • Accurate technical analysis and repair works for malfunctioned HVAC equipment
  • Clean and organized HVAC rooms/areas
