  Duties and Responsibilities
  The main purpose is support and patient training to enable patients to handle their prosthesis & orthosis successfully and to be responsible for the organisation an administration associated with this.
  • Patient training and therapeutic measures with and without prosthetic and orthotic devices • Planning and execution of therapy seminars or
  presentations
  • Strengthening & mobilisation using manual techniques
  • Training in the use of prostheses and orthoses
  • Recording findings with proper documentation
  • Therapy presentations for physiotherapists, technicians, and other professional groups and interested parties
  • Preparation and follow-up of patient files
  • Cooperation and exchange of information with technicians on the course and progress of the fitting
  • Tours through the Patient Care centre
  • Advancing the company's brand through seminars, workshops & individual meetings with process partners
  • Administrative support
  • Organisational workflows and patient service
  • Support and cooperation for orthopaedics technology seminars
  • Assisting & advising on relevant aspects of therapeutic management of individuals requiring prosthetic/orthotic devices
  • Recording & reporting of any pertinent information regarding patients and patients' families
  • Communicating appropriate information to the patients and their families
  • Identifying physical and other relevant characteristics of the patient
  • Collaborating and consulting with others engaged in the management of the patient
  • Supervising the activity of supporting staff as appropriate
