• Job Description

  (1)Provide end to end project support
  - Understanding and analyzing customer requirements
  - Analyzing technical and commercial aspects to determine product applicability, as well as project feasibility ( Ex: cost reduction and value engineering methods)
  - Conducting site investigations
  - Designing company products according to project/client requirements (Refer to Annex B)
  - Estimating cost and preparing presentation (Ex: pricing)
  - Tendering/ Bidding
  - Reviewing, verifying, and negotiating contracts
  - Following up on billing collection
  - Managing/ analyzing of possible project risks
  - Supporting the project execution
  
  (2) Developing potential customers and markets
  -Engaging clients at the preliminary stage during products promotion/ presentation, in both commercial and the technical aspects.
  -Being informed of developments in the industry
  -Planning and the making marketing strategies to boost company products and services
  -Marketing through academic and professional organizations via conventions and seminar
  -Coordinating with the company's partner technical experts, as well as prospective clients (may include setting up, taking part in meeting and site visits)
  
  (3) Maintaining projects
  - Coordinating with all concerned stakeholders and sections on project updates
  - Submitting weekly progress reports
  - Submitting information on research updates
  - Supporting stakeholder's meeting by being on top agenda and producing minutes
  
  (4) Enhancing company products engineering process
  - Identifying improvements for existing products and processes based on the latest market trends and competitor's capability
  - Proposing possible enhancements in collaboration with partner companies
