  • Job Description

    1.Managing the accounting procedures and the day-to-day accounting activities with full compliance in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards
    2.Taking due dates in significant consideration to avoid penalties and fines that may be incurred by the company in non-compliance thereof; including preparation of books of accounts, accounting policies & procedures and schedules necessary
    3.Delivering a full tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
    4.Direct and monitor a variety of accounting activities to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
    5.Activities includes accounts payable and receivable; general ledger maintenance; financial analysis and reporting; budgeting, revenue, and asset accounting
    6.Review all financial reports and accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately prepared
    7.Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
    8.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time
    9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    10.Since it is planned to open an office in FPIP in the future, formulate business plan and prepare for financial.
    (The current workplace is Makati, but the workplace in 2020 will be the new office of FPIP. We planned a shuttle service so employees do not need to move)

  • Requirement

    MUST
    1.Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
    2.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    3.General background and knowledge in accounting procedures, bookkeeping and budget experience.
    4.Relevant work experience and understanding in business operations & Accounting procedures
    5.Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure
    6.can work long in the same company to become the core of the organization in the future

    Prefer
    1.With Accreditation as CPA
    2.have Extensive knowledge in Philippine Laws about establish company
