• Job Description

  
  1. Generates new business via lease/ loan transactions with new and existing clients.
  2. Prepares Lease Proposals, Credit Ratings, LTV and Credit Synopsis which provide client's company background, summary of equiptment for financing and the proposed terms and conditions that are neccesary for the preparation of Credit Opinions and RFAs
  3. Prepares proposal letters and presentation materians for prospective and existing clients.
  4. Maintains client and supplier repationship( for both strategic and regular suppliers) through telephone calls, visits, production presentation and/or any other form of communication.
  5.Gathers neccessary information and/ or documents relative to the transaction being proposed.
  Coordinates with clients, dealers, insurace companies and other organazation relative to the client's transactions.
  6.Prepares and maintains credit folders for each clients. Credit and Permanent Folder.
  7.Manage lease / loan portfolio by (1) keeping all documents current, and (2) credit rating and credit facility valid and updated. The credit folder includes the following:
  
  a. Copy of all Application for Approval
  b. Credt Synopsis includes the write up about the client's profile, comparative financila analysis(c/o Credit) and annual update on the development on the operation of the company
  c. Credit Opinion and / or RFAs
  d. Financial Spreadsheets based on latest audited and in house financial statemens on the file
  e. Company Profile inf any
  f. Current Loandex, Credit Checkings, Supplier Checking, Customers Checking etc (as requested)
  g. Correspondences
  
  8.Facilitates signing of lease/ loan documets relative to the client's transaction
  9.Prepares memo, waivers or any other internal documents that would support the any deviation on the approval or contracts
  10.Ensures submission of documentary deficiencies
  11.Any other duties assigned which may be deemed to be necessary
