• Job Description

  1. Formulates and implements plans and programs related to facilities to achieve company and F&M department objectives and targets. Monitors and analyzes the results.
  2. Evaluates the performance of all personnel directly reporting to him/her.
  3. Acts as a mentor and coach to subordinates. Provides technical expertise to the team.
  4. Makes sure the daily and periodic maintenance of facilities equipment are carried outbased on schedule and plan.
  5. Guarantees that all facilities equipment are maintained and at good working condition.
  6. Generates, reviews and checks procedures, work instructions, timing plans, reports checksheets and all other documents of the section.
  7. Conduct training needs analysis to develop subordinates and motivating them. Ensuring all personnel are properly trained.
  8. Provides assistance to the contractors during construction work, renovations and installations of additional facilities and machineries.
  9. Spearheads and monitor the progress and status of projects and kaizen activities within the Facilities team.
  10. Recommends displinary action to be taken if situation requires.
  11. Conducts audits, spot checks and inspection on areas and activities in progress handled by the Facilities team.
  12. Updates immediate superior in a timely manner on activities/deviations that will affect overall line performance
  13. Observes and implements company policies and other related administrative functions. Promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviours expected of them.
