  <Job Profile and Description>
  Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  
  The Mechanic is an integral member of the Operation Team responsible for equipment diagnosis, adjustment, repair, troubleshoot, overhaul and maintenance of equipment.
  
  <Duties and Responsibilities>
  
  The Mechanical Engineer shall perform a number of duties as stated below. This shall be done in a manner consistent with company standards for project delivery.
  
  -Operation-
  • Diagnose and perform extensive preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of cranes such as Kato, Kobelco, Terex Demag, Tadano, HSC, etc.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on truck mounted cranes including service vans
  • Perform minor and major repairs, adjustments and parts replacement on truck mounted cranes and all types of cranes.
  • Replace defective parts as required
  • Perform emergency service, preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting of cranes and other equipment as efficiently as possible
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance including fluid level checks and lubrication checks
  • Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacture’s specifications
  • Schedule maintenance for machines and equipment

  • Keep the Operation Team informed about equipment status
  • Create and maintain comprehensive equipment service record
  • Other duties that might be assigned by the management from time to time
