<Job Description>
i.Manage the whole production operation of the company including SMT operations and back end assembly operation;
ii.Coordinate with other department head to ensure smooth running of the production operation and adherence to the delivery schedule and output with quality products;
iii. Monitor product standards and implement quality control program;
iv.Work with related departments on production and delivery issues;
v. Ensure the compliance with industry certification of compliance;
vi.Ensure achievement of production targets;

Requirement
■ Basic requirement
①University Graduate of the related discipline;
②Over 10 years relevant experience in Electronics and EMS companies
③experience as manager position
④ SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production operation experience
⑤A team player with good supervision and management skills;
⑥Strong leadership ability, analytical and problem-solving skills;
⑦Proactive and Willing to work under pressure;
