    ＜Job Description＞
    ① Manage the quality control teams of the factory
    ②Formulate and manage all functions of Quality Assurance and Quality Control program, policies and procedures.
    ③Manage and maintain QA processes and ensure proper documentation in place.
    ④Work closely with other internal Departments to ensure workflows and products are complying with customers and international standards.
    ⑤Organize customer audits, certification process, failure analysis, and corrective action plan.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ Basic requirement
    ①Degree holder or above, preferably in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing; or related disciplines.
    ②Over 10 years solid experience in QA/QC; of which preferably over 3 years in managerial level
    ③Solid experience in electronic or EMS manufacturing with SMT Operations;
    ④Familiar with related ISO and other regulatory systems
    ⑤Proficiency in both verbal and written English;

    ■ Management & working ability
    ①Leadership; A team player with good supervision and management skills;
    ②Proactive and Willing to work under pressure;
    ③Organizing & Coordination; Well-organized, self-motivated and detail minded with good analytical skills;
    ④ Job implementation
    ⑤ Decision-making
