    Job Description * Organize and maintain personnel records
    * Update internal databases
    * Posting job advertisements
    * Prepare HR documents
    * Assist in creating HR policies, processes and documents and monitors the implementation of HR policies
    * Coordinate with insurance and ensure to practice legal compliance
    * Create regular reports and presentations
    * Manages the time-keeping reports
    * Answers employees with regards to HR inquiries. Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
    * Manages the payroll with maximum confidentiality
    * Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
    * Create HR projects
    * Maintain computer and manual filing systems
    * Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
    * Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    * Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
    * Maintain supplies inventory of office and salon by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed   
    supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
    * Help other departments such as the operations when needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    3-5 years experience of HR.

    With knowledge in Philippine Law, able to counsel employees and delegate task,
    trusthworthy , hardworking and can multi-task
