• Job Description

  1.Confers with members to gain knowledge and to better understand business plan, members policies & procedures, rules & regulations, business initiatives and technologies of the company.
  2. Update members if there are changes and updates on business plan, company policies & procedures, rules & regulations and the likes.
  3. Coordinates training schedule with key members and training demands of the organization.
  4. Formulates teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual/group training, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
  5. Selects and/or develops teaching aids such as trainings handbooks demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
  6. Create and develop marketing materials such as presentation power point, brochures, fliers, videos.
  7. Cover the reception desk when required
