    1. Creating and establishing new accounts with potential customers.
    2. Extensive knowledge in Office Fit-out Construction and Renovation is required.
    3. Generate new clients or accounts for the company and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to acquired and assigned key clients or accounts of the company.
    4. Able to interpret technical drawings
    5. Able to estimates cost on the given drawings / blueprints, plans, and related documents given by the potential customers; able to deal with its engineers or any technical assistance for the project related.
    6. Able to achieve sales monthly quota.
    7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Male or Female
    2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
    3. At least 5 year (s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    4. Preferably 1 - 4 years experienced specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    6. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
    7. Ability to determine and acquire corporate accounts and meet revenue targets.
    8. Computer literate
