• Job Description

  Job Responsibilities:
  Developing website(PHP), application (android/iOS), and some IT system (possibly, PHP or Java) on Linux and some cloud services(AWS) by managing staff and communicating with parent company engineers in Japan.
  
  Job Duties:
  • Communicating closely with Japan side engineers to accomplish the projects.
  • Accomplishes developing products by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for developing products.
  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with Japan’s parent company.
  • Support Japan team to receive new orders from client.
  • Secures the customer data by enhancing information security and control structures.
  • Manage the GitHub and check/review the programming codes.
  • Manage the mail address, IIC Digital’s HP, network, and server.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
