  • Job Description

    <daily & weekly task>
    - monitors collection, bank deposit available balances and recommend transfer
    - monitors bank borrowings, interest repricing, remittance payments
    - checks daily disbursement schedule/daily cash position
    - checks the amortization schedules for bookings, daily collection, statement and computation fee - maintains the bills payable ledger

    <monthly duties>
    - prepares accrual of collection fee receivable
    - checks repayment schedule, accrual of interest expense and bills payable
    - computes monthly provision for probable losses, deferred tax asset and provision for income tax - prepares consolidation of revaluation entries
    - review subsidiary ledger of tax related schedules
    - review monthly movement of income & expense report

    <annual duties>
    - prepares schedule and analysis reports for external/ internal auditor & BIR
    - file annual income tax return
    - prepares draft audited financial statement

    * Performs other duties related to work that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Commerce major in Accountancy, or any-related course
    -Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    -At least 3 years of experience in the tedious (Basic) Accounting Work
    -Was able to manage people
    -Has knowledge in cash management, various tax, government policies, and general accounting matters
    - is flexible to preform other duties related to work from time to time(because they are changing the organization chart and the departments at the moment, the accounting department will be somewhat a combination of the admin/ operation/ treasury)
    -Candidate who has the upward mobility and is willing to become manager in the future (so best would be someone iwho's supervisor or below manager position, because this position is next in line for accounting manager)

    <PREFER>
    - willing to render overtime whenever necessary
    - can handle work even under pressure, has confidence in herself
    - are well versed in Excel and Macro Excel
    - can communicate very well in English

    <Personality wise >
    * some one who has upward mobility for her job/ career
    *someone who can work under pressure
    *someone who can be aggressive toward job, with motivation
    (because the Japanese president is strict )
