    *Inspection check of leased property (go to the site where property is located and take a photo of leased property, this is One of the necessary procedures to be taken when the lease contract is concluded)
    *Withdrawal work of leased property from lease payment destination, create report after withdrawal
    * Excavating the sale destination of the withdrawal property, negotiation of sale price

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance/ Accounting, Banking or equivalent
    • Must be Male
    • Must have experience working in leasing industry for 1 year
    • Has interest in construction machines, heavy equipment (they will be doing inspection)
    • Has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Must have good academic standing
    • Proficient in oral and written communication ( English)
    • Applicant must be willing to work in Makati
