    I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    A. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key
    Result Areas)
    Product Development: Creation of product strategy, product roadmaps, and specification of
    product requirements to achieve product-market fit / growth stage
     Experimentation: Drives conceptualization of experiments to test hypothesis on product;
    coordinates with cross-functional teams for execution; leads processing and
    documentation of experiments to drive business progress
     Business User Requirements: Coordinates with tech team to develop capabilities needed
    for strategic business directions
    External Stakeholder Management: Drives agenda, relationship, and business with partners and
    regulators to build the investment business
    Story and Strategy: Creates overall story of the product by generating the right set of reports;
    drives business decision with key stakeholders
    P&L Management: Managing existing product lines’ profitability, creating revenue and cost
    models for new product lines
    Competitor Analysis: Identifies competitors and evaluates their strategy to determine their
    strengths and weaknesses relative to own product; establishes uniqueness of product in order to
    attract target market
    Business Development: Identifies emerging and disruptive new market opportunities and
    marketing-driving business models

  • Requirement

     Periodic business reviews with partner point persons and stakeholders
     Progress review, issue resolution, and recommendation to ManCom
    Story and Strategy
     Periodic assessment of startup stage of the business: achievement of product-market fit,
    transition to growth, or growth stage
     Analysis on product performance depending on stage of product i.e. low usage,
    cancellations, non-payment etc. + strategic direction and recommendations based on
    performance analytics
    P&L Management
     Financial models of existing product lines and product pilots
    Competitor Analysis
     Competition grid (with top 5 main competitors of the business) and how own product is
    positioned across the competition landscape
     Programs to get competitor insights from people on field
    Business Development
     Sound market research and analysis to identify trends and potential spaces current
    business can expand/diversify to
