• Job Description

  Responsible for the review of contract terms and conditions and timely submission of accurate tender documents.
  
  -Provides commercial management and contract administration support to marketing and engineering department
  -Reviews and interpret the conditions, requirements, specifications of tender documents
  -Conducts negotiations regarding commercial terms and conditions
  -Deals with the contractual issues and protect the company’s right from claims and extension of time and liquidation damages
  - Responsible for pre and post contract stage including tender documents, bill of quantities, cost plan and audit of closing accounts for the projects
  -Prepares and negotiates subcontractor agreement with the suppliers and subcontractors
  -Monitors procurement schedule and coordinates with the procurement department regarding packages for tender
  -Evaluates and review subcontractor extension of schedule, variation and other claims
