  • Job Description

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
    Primarily responsive for the development and implementation of appropriate human resources policies, practices and procedures designed to attract, motivate and retain effective human resources for all subsidiary companies.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1.ADMINISTRATIVE
    2. more than 10 years experience of HR and 5 years management experience (3-5 people)
    3. Recommends the granting of office service contracts.
    4. Formulates office policies, systems and procedures on all administrative support services.
    5. Assists in the development and implementation of suitable administrative policies on related projects assigned.
    6. Assists the facilities administration in circulating company-wide announcements.

    HRD / LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

    1. Developments office policies and programs and oversees the implementation of an effective recruitment, selection and placement program.
    2. Ensure the provision of appropriate learning and development programs through competence gap assessments.
    3. Management of the company's compensation and benefits administration including coordination with the third party provider of payroll services to time on payment and conformance with regulations and corporate policies.
    4. Developments and monitor the implementation of manpower and success plans.
    5. Developments, implementation and regular review of HR policies, systems and procedures as their affect performance, efficiency and morale.
    6. Oversees the development and implementation of a human resource information system.
    7. Establishes and maintainers sound labor – management and community relation programs;
    8. Developments, recommendations and implements organization development plans for the company.
    9. Acts as the representative of the company in labor and legal cases concerning employee issues.
    10. Ensures compliance with regional and global requirements as regards human resources programs and corporate social responsibility initiative.
    11. Ensures circulation of HR-related company-wide announcements.
    12. In charge of the business review presentation for the Admin. Group.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    (MUST)
    - With at least 10 years HR experience in a similar role and 5 years Management experience
    - Must have a Knowledge of labor low
    - Working experience of same industry
    -    Great with Microsoft office
    - Must have solid background in recruitment and onboarding


    Advance university degree in Behavioral Science, Communication Arts, Management or Law. Preferably with knowledge and experience in the conduct of Training, Management and Administrative
    Services. Knowledge on Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety is an advantage. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate.
