Responsible for screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles mostly IT.
The HR Officer will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce time to hire and ensure we attract best professionals.
Ultimately, The HR officer will build strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.
Qualifications
Requirement
Bachelor's degree graduate with any experience in Recruitment preferable IT post.
Building and Maintaining Database of contacts and resumes.
With experience in working with various clients.
Good Negotiation skills in Clients and Vendors.
Minimum of 4 years in Experience with the same role.
