  I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  A. Does
  i. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and conducting product analysis on various platforms of the business.
  ii. Responsible for measuring and monitoring the product or service’s performance as well as presenting product related, and competitive intelligence to the Product Manager.
  iii. The Product Analyst ensures that there is a good flow of communication between the Team and business teams/end users, as well as a clear communication of the overall strategy to these teams. The Product Analyst ensures this by actively participating in team meetings and keeping everyone up to date.
  iv. The Product Analyst also ensures to respond in a timely manner to all requests and inquiries for platform information or changes. He also performs the initial product/platform analysis in order to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their potential impact.
  v. He/She will normally liaise with other departments such as the Tech teams and various stakeholders in the business.
  vi. The product analyst also performs such roles as designated by his IS as warranted in the scope of their duties.
