  Responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company relating to contracts, compliance and dispute. The jobholder is also responsible for managing the corporate governance activities of the company
  -Acts as the Honda Corporate Governance Secretariat -Prepares and implements the annual action plan relating to the Honda Bribery Prevention Policy and Guideline -Prepares and implements the annual action plan for the company's Self-Verification program -Acts as the secretariat of the company's Business Ethics Proposal Line -Receives and evaluates ethics proposals acts as the secretariat of the company's Business Ethics Proposal Line -Prepares regular reports for submission to the Business Ethics Committee -Prepares regular reports for submission to the President Acts as the secretariat of the Business Ethics Committee Drafts and revises the company Deliberation Standard
