• Job Description

  Basic Function:
  This position is responsible for gathering data and information through traditional and alternative sources in the Japanese language. This position is also responsible for carrying out source expansion, Boolean creation, data categorization, data coding and analysis based on several key indicators and criteria.
  
  Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  
  Data Research and Analysis
  • Carry out tasks and assignments as required by the project (e.g. source expansion, Boolean creation, data categorization, data coding and analysis).
  • Conduct a quality check on researched data and information.
  • Prepare research reports as required.
  • Supervise and train junior research associates as required.
  • Client Management (as applicable)
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients and the program participants.
  • Identify and anticipate the requirements of the Client that may have an impact on the administration and operations processes.
  • Respond to client communications and concerns in a timely manner.
  
  Quality & Information Security Management
  • Adhere to Infinit-O’s information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures accordingly.
  • Protect client-supplied and generated-for-client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with a particular process or activity related to information security.
  • Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
