To provide technical support in hardware and software on all instruments for increasing the sales and conduct market research to develop positioning business
1. To get familiarize with operations of assigned products - software and hardware
2. Maintain dealer relationship and focus on Optical and GNSS sales strategies.
3. Generate sales of the company’s Product range within the assigned Territory
4. Find new opportunities with existing and prospective Dealers for the company’s range of Products.
5. Schedule, organize and attend Dealer sales and support training in the company’s Products.
6. Measure the sales performance of Dealers in relation to sales forecasts, account plan objectives, and budgets
7. Work with and communicate with the company's technical support, sales support, workshop and other departments on issues affecting our ability to deliver or accelerate sales opportunities.
8. Submit weekly reports via email on customer contacts and technical issues with completed and accurate information to enable diagnosis and resolution of product or service issues reported by Dealers.
9. Ensure each Dealer has trained technical service personnel and that each Dealer is fully equipped with installation and service manuals for all of Topcon’s Products.
10. May perform other duties as assigned.
-be interesting in Planning for seminars, workshops, and training for distributors
-at least 2 years working experience as geodetic engineering in the same field（not civil engineering related）
-Software programming, CAD & Mapping software
-Surveying knowledge, Mapping knowledge
-Knowledge of computer products and peripherals
-Preferably in a similar capacity (e.g. New graduate with a degree in geodetic engineering)
