  • Job Description

     -Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    -Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
    -Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
    -Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirement number 1>
    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Human Resources Management / Pshchology or equivalent.
    -have at least 3 years experience as HR, best if they are still in their early 20s and only experienced 1 company in the past
    -best have experience in Japanese company (better if manufacturing company)

    <Requirement number 2>
    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Human Resources Management / Pshchology or equivalent.
    -have at least 8-10 years experience as HR
    -best have experience in Japanese company (better if manufacturing company)

    <MUST requirement for 1 and 2>
    -Must Have known Labor Law, especially about hiring, retirement and firing.
    - Have knowledge of Philippine laws regarding HR issues and employment.
    -must understand the general rules at the company and follow it. for example, "to not be absent during probation period". Must be responsible of their health as absence during probation period is not accepted.
    -Have an analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action, planning and execution.
    -Have a good oral and written communication skills.
