  -Payment to Meralco
  -Amortization schedule of prepayments and lapsing schedule of Property, Plant and
  -Journal entry for the monthly amortization and depreciation.
  -Checks Inventory Reports from warehouse
  -Inventory count of unused materials in production
  -Journal entry for the month's material Consumption.
  -Check government remittances PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG & SSS, 1601C( withholding tax for compensation), 1601E ( expanded withholding tax) and 2550M ( VAT Return).
  -Monthly INCOME STATEMENT for the President and Production Managers
  -Billing Schedule
  -Analysis of Accounts
