  • Job Description

    • Lead loss prevention activities for the organization including security training for all stores
    • Ensure security of company property, merchandise, and data.
    • Manage CCTV and other security system.
    • Address store operational issues on protection of stocks and safety and security.
    • Recommend improvements in loss prevention programs, staffing, scheduling, or training
    • Implement or monitor processes to reduce property or financial losses.
    • Lead and conduct investigations on behalf of the brand as it relates to loss associated with theft, fraud and violations against the brand.
    • Lead thrice a year Stock Take activities.

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Security / Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent from Retail industry.
    • Experienced in Safety and Security system, and processes.
    • Knowledgeable in operations management.
    • Familiar with inventory procedures and safety and security management.
