    Responsible in taking calls from Italian/Spanish clients
    Handling Collections or Account Receivable inquiries
    Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
    Analyze collection processes to recommend improvements.
    Assist to collect and prepare collection reports

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Preferably NATIVE SPEAKERS and with at least 1 year of Work Experience in a BPO Set up; must know how to speak, read and write both languages
    • Schedule: 5pm-2am and may work during holidays (Monday-Friday)
    • Salary: 80k-95k ALL IN (No Relocation package) - depending on the work experience
    • Work Location: Market Market Taguig
    • Age limit: 50 years old
    • Start Date: ASAP
    • Educational background: At least 2nd-year college level
    • We prefer candidates residing in the Philippines and can be scheduled for an assessment and interview immediately
