    1. Creatively designs an office space based on the clients’ preference
    2. Can design efficiently within the client’s budget
    3. Drafting AutoCad drawings and 3D renders
    4. Prepares Bill of Materials
    5. Prepares cost proposal and quotation
    6. Coordination with Project Manager before, during, and after construction
    7. Reports to Senior Architect/Designer
    8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, any Engineering course or equivalent
    2. At least (1) one year work-related experience
    3. Required Skill(s):
    a. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like
    b. Cost Estimate/Quantity Surveying
    c. Can read architectural drawings
    d. Can create blow up plans based on instructions
    e. Good communication skills and can coordinate effectively
    f. Can work efficiently with minimal supervision
    g. Can deliver results fast and accurate
    h. Resourceful and Creative
    i. Experience in Architectural Interior Design and Office Fit-out
    j. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantage
    k. Experience in handling crew/construction workers with good leadership is an advantage
    l. Knowledge in MEPFS, FDAS is an advantage
    m. With professional license is an advantage
    n. With drivers’ license is an advantage
