  • Job Description

    • Responsible in nationwide promotion.
    • Responsible for nationwide advertisement for the company.
    • Responsible for nationwide advertisement for the company:
    a. New store promotion and advertisement
    b. Store Anniversary promotion
    c. Store Relaunching promotion and advertisement
    d. Social Media of the company.
    e. TV ads.
    • Sourcing other income for the company through store ads.
    • Sourcing suppliers that delivery quality materials for ads.
    • Making reports after the promotions then submit to the board of directors.
    • Making subordinates evaluations.
    • Planning for monthly promotion / new store opening / store anniversary / store relaunching
    • Checking the implementation of promotion.
    • Collaboration with the mall marketing for the advertisement inside / outside the mall
    • Talking to different suppliers / brands for possible tie-up.
    • Recruiting brands to advertise for the company.
    • Preparation of MANCOM Report
    • Making proposal for advertisement per store / nationwide
    • Checking and validating reports for all promotions / new store opening outcome / store anniversary result / store relaunching result.

  • Requirement

    BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
    Proven working experience in digital marketing
    Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
    Working knowledge of ad serving tools
    Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
