  • Job Description

    -Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
    -Prepare balance sheets, process invoices, record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    -Update internal systems with financial data
    -Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
    -Reconcile bank statements
    -Participate in financial audits
    -Track bank deposits and payments
    -Assist with budget preparation
    -Review and implement financial policies
    -Tax payment including social insurance premiums
    -Taking care of payroll
    -Management of daily attendance of employees

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Bachelor degree holder of related field
    -Has at least 1 to 3 years experience in finance
    -Has knowledge in Microsoft Office word and excel (must be good with excel)
    -Can do multi tasking and open to do other tasks
    -Willing to be trained
    -Can handle irate customers
    -can start working asap
