Business Development of energy project which is interested in Manila Rep.Office
Exploration of new opportunities of energy Infrastructure Investment
Information gathering regarding energy market, legal/commercial information, other related information
Meeting with potential customers, partners, contractors third party and so on
Market research and analysis of energy sectors.
Project support
Data collection, data analysis, market analysis, legal and finance check etc.
Support of commercial and technical study, project management
Documentation of tenders, Preparation of necessary documents and reports
Support of negotiation regarding contracts and commercial conditions
Daily assistances for the operation of Manila Rep.Office.
Qualifications
Requirement
MUST
・ Graduated from university
·English
・ Basic knowledge of either legal affairs or accounting
(Experience in contract writing or business cash flow calculation)
・ Three years of experience in energy or infrastructure related business development with other companies in the industry
・ Person who can manage progress, report, consultation frequently
PREFER
Petro-chemical Plant, Gas Liquefaction/Gas processing plant, Power Plant, Ship yard or Shipping company
Experience of project finance
Experience of M&A project in Consulting firm or investment bank
Japanese speakesrEnglish Level
