  • Job Description

    Accounting/Finance/IT
    • Establish performance and reporting measures to provide an effective basis for decision-making.
    • Manages budget in accordance with Corporate Policies to ensure on-budget expenditure and value for money.
    • Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and receivables.
    • Monitors and negotiates the collection of overdue accounts.
    • Oversees the investigation of credit risk in customers and suppliers and advises on course of action for credit applications.
    • Provide key data and information for the executive team to make complex organizational and strategic decisions based on the right analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of data and trends.

    Human Resource/Administration
    • Drives improvements to the Human Resources policies and processes.
    • Provides expertise in recruitment, compensation, and performance pay processes as needed.
    • Ensures employee pay scales and performance-related bonuses are reviewed regularly and fairly. Ensures expenditure on pay remains within the budget allocation.
    • Ensures accountability and support administrative functional areas and the executive team by strengthening organizational dashboards and reports, usage of data, and trend analysis to measure organizational progress and determine the overall health of the organization and to compare key indicators with global standards.
    • Support the Board, the President/CEOs of Business Units, and Fellow Corporate Executives or Senior Leaders with insightful input in key organizational decisions.
    • Employ an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style that works across all Divisions from different Business Units to gain support and implement positive and successful change initiatives to improve overall processes and systems.
    • Coordinates with Corporate Office for administrative, Finance, and Human Resources matters.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Psychology or equivalent.
    • Must be a CPA
    • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Strategic Planning, Audit Management, Internal and External Customer Satisfaction,
    • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
    • Direct report to Chief Administrative Officer.
    • Manage the following sections Accounting, Finance, IT, Human Resource, Purchasing, and Building Administration Department.
