    The Administration Manager provides strategic support for the operation of the organization with the responsibility of directing activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various.
    This company is just started up August 2020,so no back office staff. Japan HQ will support but the candidate have to do all back office task,HR, Admin, Accounting and coordinate with HQ to make good company.

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -can speak Japanese at least N2
    -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
    -At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the Admin, HR, Accounting is required for this position.
    -has management experience of accounting staff
    -Knowledge General Background in accounting procedures, bookkeeping, and budget experience
    -Experience in office management, administration and good computer skills.
    -Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    -wailing to working in Ortigas area

    BETTER
    -be interested in Game or IT industry
    -have experience support start up company
    -have experience to report Japan HQ and work in Japanese company
