    *Responsible for working as sales executive in your home because no office in Philippines
    *Responsible for developing/implementing account specific plans and strategies to achieve service, revenue, volume and profit goals.
    *Responsible for the creation and oversight of the strategic direction for customers across the Philippines.
    *Build strategic plan to overcome any existing shortcomings and/or potential challenges.
    *Responsible for driving operational excellence throughout all our accounts to ensure we delivers superior service to every client.
    *Current Customers 90%, New one 10%
    *Cooperating together with our HQ in Japan

    *If Philippine sales performance will expand, we will establish Philippine branch. you might be branch manager in the future.

  • Requirement

    -Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
    -More than 3 years work experience in Flavor and flagrance industry filled
    -More than 5 years work experience as a sales
    -Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
    -Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    -Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in from upper management
    -Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
