  • Job Description

    1. Maintain employee data into the HR information database (manual encoding in MS Excel) to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date;
    2. Deal with employee requests, questions and complaints regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
    3. Providing customer service to organization employees.
    4. Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators for HMO and Life Insurance.
    5. Monitor Maternity Notification and Sickness Notifications.
    6. Assist the HRGA Supervisor in checking the completeness and accuracy of requirements submitted by employees for Sickness and Maternity reimbursement.
    7. Maintaining calendars of HR management team.
    8. Participating in recruitment matters.
    9. Posting job advertisement, participate in job fairs, gather and review resume of qualified applicants.
    10. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
    11. Administer pre-employment exams.
    12. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
    13. Prepare and monitor 201 files of all employees.
    14. Overseeing the completion of documentation (such as Job Offer Sheet, Probationary Employment Contract, Appointment for Regularization Contract and Employee Reclassification Form)
    15. Assist the newly hired employees during the orientation process.
    16. Facilitate enrollment for (ATM) individual payroll account for newly hired employees.
    17. Conducting benefit enrollment process (such as preparation of SSS R1A, enrollment to PHILHEALTH etc.)
    18. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
    19. Perform other job related functions that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    *College graduate
    * With at least 3-5 years of experience in HR
    *Living not too far from Lima
    *Can work with minimal supervision, since this is only small company yet, and this position will have to do most of the task in HR with the HRGA Supervisor.
    *Have an analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action, planning and execution.
    *Have a good oral and written communication skills.

    <PREFER>
    *with experience working in Japanese manufacturing company is a plus
    *With working experience in small company of around 10-20 employees
    *Have knowledge and experience in payroll (manual), recruitment (best if end to end, or at least the CV screening and interview part), preparation of company policy, and inquiries related to Philippine laws regarding HR issues and employment
