  • Understand various tools, processes and security compliance matters related to the Project
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Create or assign technical or translation specifications / Project deliverables
  • Serve as the Onsite/Offshore Coordinator
  • Provide project estimation
  • Design systems or applications based on Client requirements.
  • Develop programs based on design and requirements specifications.
  • Create test specifications and execute testing.
  • Conduct review of technical work outputs.
  • Bug fixing; Enhancements; Handling Change Requests
  • Can lead or mentor junior developers
  • Can already lead in team's operational tasks (initiatives)
  • Can execute mutually agreed plans for the benefit of the customer.
  • Leads 5 people or more
