  • Job Description

    The main role of being the Head of the 4W Division is to overlook and manage all aspects of the 4W Division inclusive of the TNVS and Logistics Groups. You will be providing reports to the Business Department Head relating to the Forecasted and Actual performance of the Groups under you. You will also provide reports on problems that may be occurring within your Groups inclusive of problems with our partners.
    You will also play a role in directing the Groups and Staff under you to follow the vision and direction of Upper Management, ensuring that all Company Principles and Basic Policies are being implemented and followed. You will also need to conduct regular meetings with your team for their reports and attend the Periodic Business Department Meeting set by the Business Department Head. Other than that, you will have to troubleshoot any problems that require your assistance as well as ensure operations are going smoothly within your teams. In the event areas for improvement/adjustments in the operation flow is needed, you will need to provide a plan of improvement to be approved by the Business Department Head before it is implemented. Lastly, you should be taking proactive steps in ensuring that the 4W Division is constantly performing.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Course or similar equivalent in experience (around 5 years)
    • Knowledge in the Car Loan Industry is a must
    • Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident
    • Able to make the most suitable decisions under pressure
    • Must be willing to work and coordinating with a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information accordingly
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Capable of thinking Critically
    • Capable of analyzing and evaluating with extreme detail
