  • Job Description

    1 Responsible in checking, encoding and billing of DTR and Time Keeping of Agency and
    2. Handles each employees inquiries regarding DTR or Timekeeping related matters.
    3. Monitor Biometric violation of all employee during Time Keeping period.
    4. Process Direct Employees SSS contribution payment, Pag-ibig, Phil health and HMO documentations
    5. Handles inquiry of direct employees related in SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil Health and HMO inquiries.
    6. Responsible in all employees Evaluation assessment distribution and monitoring.
    7. Filling all accomplished evaluation in individual 201 file or turn over to HR for promotions
    8. In charged in making contract for probationary and newly direct hired employee.
    9. Handles permit processing of all branches and handles including the following:
    * BIR permits, 2303, POS machine permits.
    * Business permits including: Barangay, Sanitary, Fire, Building, Business Tax,

  • Requirement

    Education Attainment: Bachelor’s degree or any related course
    -At least 6mos related experience.
    - Good in communication skills both written and verbal
    - With experience in handling permits

    7AM ~ 6PM

    *Working hours is 5 day compressed schedule

    *HOLIDAY : All declared holiday is paid with corresponding wages under DOLE
    Legal Holiday 200%
    Special Holiday 130%

    11 hours per day including break (lunch 1 hr, coffee break 30 minutes)
    2 days of rest day
