<EXPERIENCE REQUIRED>
5YEARS WITH RELATED POSITION
<RESPONSIBILITIES>
1. Function as the final Credit Reviewer or Endorser of all credit proposals.
2. Provide subordinates guidance in the evaluation of clients/borrowers, in the crafting of the credit package and in the arrival of a sound credit decision.
3. Work closely with Marketing in identifying new loan/lease prospects, and in financing opportunities of existing borrowers, as well as improving work processes and coordination.
4. Identify opportunities based on the data-driven analysis to drive sales and marketing efforts around customer acquisition and portfolio growth by providing support to the Marketing team in designing and executing acquisition and portfolio campaigns.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures that reduce credit risk for the company:
a. Assess the credit risk and come up with the appropriate risk mitigating strategies
b. Formulate credit policies to cover new product initiatives, product enhancements, including new distribution channels, and opening new markets
c. Modify credit policies to ensure optimal performance of the portfolio in response to actual customer behavior and market environment
6. Provides timely reports to Management and Board Committees.

1.Education:
Graduate of Business related course and related thereof
2.Experience:
With at least five (5) years of Credit Officer experience
3.Knowledge/Skills:
a.KNOWLEDGE - Credit evaluation, Credit policies, Risk Management, Remedial Management, Economics, Business and Financial Information and Trends
b. SKILLS – Leadership, Analytical skills, Supervisory/Managerial Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills (Verbal and Written), Coaching/Mentoring Skills, People Management
c. ATTRIBUTES - Results-Oriented, Team Player, Prudent and Detail-Oriented, Systematic and Organized, Customer Centric, Innovative, Highly Committed
