Job Description
a business development director also leads sales and client-relationship management, tracks new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships, writes proposals and plans, and guides long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
●Design, develop and launch sales business model in Philippines
●Fulfill legal/regulatory requirement to conduct the business in the country
● Establish end-to-end operation flow including hiring and forming necessary teams
●Lead on daily operation and continuously seek for business expansion in the country
● Closely collaborate with the manufacturing team to maximize customer/patient satisfaction
●Closely collaborate with the group companies including HQ to optimize group business such
as best practice sharing
●Will do PDCA with business development in the manila
●Do own planning and marketing strategy for development
Qualifications
Requirement

• BA/BS degree
• English (advanced business level)
• Self-starter capable of working independently with entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong presence & communication skills – both interpersonal & written
• Team player, team leader & people manager with ability to work with all levels in a highly
intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment
• 7+ year experience in business development As Medical representative or Dental representative
•Has Knowledge in Dental devices
•Track record of achieving sales quotas
•Has Knowledge in Dental devices
•Track record of achieving sales quotas
•Understanding of sales performance metrics
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to deliver engaging presentations
