• Job Description

  1. Maintaining working components through repair or replacement
  2. Assisting video conference/meeting with technical difficulties
  3. Assisting staff with hardware and software challenges
  4. Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  5. Implement security measures
  6. Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
  7. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  8. Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  9. Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
  Performs technology needs analysis.
  10. Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
  11. Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
  12. Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed budgets and schedules.
  13. Apply Server OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
  14. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
