  • Job Description

    Establishes and leads recruitment practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.
    Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding.
    Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan
    Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.
    Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship
    Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
    Attract talented people for the required jobs and retain staff by proposing the improvement of remuneration system to be externally competitive and internally fair and creating talent management / career development program.
    Manage the significant resources growth with developing better recruitment strategies and clear procedures and good administration
    Prioritization of HR programs implementation that have not been implemented yet for a long time
    Manage of employee expectations that accumulated for many years and expected to be implemented in a short time frame .
    Maintain relationships with Union so they could contribute to the achievement of company’s goals.
    - To manage and supervise in carry out, in general the Regulation in matters of pertaining to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation.
    - To manage and supervise in carry out the Company’s policies decided by Board of Director/Commissioner or Management.
    - To supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc). Also to issue the ID Badge, Announcement for employee and counseling for any problems for employee and to obtain any input from employee for the Company’s interest.
    - To manage and fulfill the request from Management for increasing/decreasing of employee (to make of vacancy, selection, test and interview of employee’s candidates).
    - To supervise in carry out in creating the excellent and well-mannered working relationship in the Company.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    MUST
    - Bachelor Degree & Course in related field
    - have experience at least 1 years as a Manager and handling at least 10 member
    -Graduate in any field 8 – 10 years hands on experience as a HR & General Affairs in Manufacturing Company
    -have experience negotiation with Labor Union or Solved the problem about Labor Union (Please mention your resume about labor union)
    -Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
    -With honest and sincere personality

    BETTER
    -have experience handling retrench employee and well knowledge about labor low
    -work in Japanese manufacturing company
