    【お仕事内容】
    日本語による電話及びチャットでのカスタマーサポート全般業務をお任せします
    ・トラブル等のヒアリング
    ・ヒアリング内容を元に解決策を提案
    ・相談内容のエスカレーション、など

    • Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
    • Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
    • Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live
    Chat/ Email / Phone
    • Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination
    of the required resources for win-win resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・大卒以上
    ・英語ビジネスレベル以上(社内は全て英語でのコミュニケーションとなるため)
    ・接客やカスタマーサービス関連の実務経験
    ・24時間体制のため夜勤含むシフト制での勤務が可能な方

    【歓迎条件】
    ・外資系企業での勤務経験


    ■Requirement
    Native Japanese only
     Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
    Required language(s): able to communicate in (native Japanese)
    and English
     Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
