    Officer task
    Assist in the execution Strategic Human Resource policies, particularly in recruitment and training of employees and salary administration while ensuring that all internal processes and physical office space is conducive to all employee's high productivity and efficiency.

    1. Assist HR and Admin Dept. Head in the implementation of recruitment and selection processes of the company
    2. Assist HR and Admin Dept. Head in coordinating with third party HR recruitment companies and head hunters, whenever necessary
    3. Assist HR and Admin Dept. Head in implementing internal and/or external training and development programs for company employees
    4. Manage company payroll accounts and gaurantee that all salaries and benefits, including all financial reimbursements, are administered to all employees regularly and on time.
    5. Make certain that the internal processes related to the day-to-day operations of the company's office are working efficiently
    6. Ensure that the physical amenities and general atmosphere of the company's office is conducive to employee's productitivty and efficiency.

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    4-Year degree from any university
    At least 3 year working experience as an Administrator or HR Staff in any company but best is same industry.
    Knowledge about the Philippine Labor Code and all pertinent laws, rules and regulations related to Human Resource Management
    live in near office within 1hour distance
    Knowledge in basic MS Office Work tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
    Detail- and Process-oriented
    Displays the highest degree of integrity, professionalism and high initiative
    not accept job hopper

    【PREFFER】
    Work in Japanese company or experience communicate with Japanese manger
    Start work from July first week
